Preciosa makes the highest quality Rhinestone Plastic Banding which is available at Beadazzle in 1 meter increments up to 10 meters in one pack.  Made with Preciosa Machine Cut crystals, this banding is made with an Alabaster plastic casing and Crystal stones. The Crystals are stone size SS8 and when they are set in the individual plastic casing they measure approximately 3mm.
