We offer Free North America Expedited Shipping for any orders over CAN$125.
Please note that there may be restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped due to dangerous goods restrictions.
We also offer:
Flat Rate $8 Expedited Shipping within British Columbia with any order over $50
Flat Rate $10 Expedited Shipping across Canada with any order over $50.
When you place an order, our website will calculate shipping charges and delivery times for you based on Canada Post and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please note that Canada Post does not guaranty delivery times, although Expedited is usually delivered within 5-10 days. Letterpost does take longer as it goes regular mail.
If you choose Expedited Parcel, we can track the shipment, guarantee delivery and your order is insured by Canada Post up to a maximum of $100. If you need a higher insurance, just let us know in the notes and we will charge you according to what Canada Post charges us.
If you choose Letter Post, there is no guarantee of delivery, no tracking and no insurance in case it gets lost.
We will not refund any orders that are missing that were delivered by Letter Post.
At Beadazzle, we actually carry the inventory you see online and most orders leave our showroom within 48 hours. In the rare instance that we have run out of something you ordered, we will refund that item and ship what is available. Please be aware that our showroom is closed Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays so orders placed during those times will be filled on Wednesdays.
We all buy something because it's so pretty but it just doesn't go with anything once we get home. No worries, just bring it back, unopened, with the original receipt and you can exchange it for something else.
If you received the wrong item: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of shipping your return. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 4 business days).
How to return an item: Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
